We are all a products of our HABITS.
Your THOUGHTS are influenced by and influence your BELIEFS. Your BELIEFS are influenced by and influence your FEELINGS. Your FEELINGS are influenced by and influence your THOUGHTS. These dictate your ACTIONS and your ACTION determine your RESULTS. And again,your RESULTS influence your THOUGHTS … and ON & ON & ON.
Your ACTIONS are a result of DECISIONS that you make along this journey.
The ACTIONS you repeat again and again BECOME your HABITS and these HABITS are formed in 3-6 weeks!

YOUR THOUGHTS, BELIEFS, FEELINGS, ACTIONS, AND RESULTS DEFINE OUR COMFORT ZONES WHETHER THEY SERVE US OR NOT!
Your HABITS are your COMFORT ZONE. It is why changing your HABITS are UNCOMFORTABLE. Even changing identified harmful and bad HABITS for more beneficial HABITS is uncomfortable.
Hence the saying …
Change happens when the discomfort of staying the same
is greater than the discomfort of changing!
Change requires different ACTIONS and if repeated long enough they become your NEW HABITS and thus your NEW COMFORT ZONE!
YOUR COMFORT ZONE IS BUILT BY YOU!
If you want CHANGE or different RESULTS … You CHANGE your DECISIONS or your ACTIONS.
By changing your ACTIONS not only do you get different RESULTS it changes the way you THINK, which influences your BELIEFS & FEELINGS!
Identify the ACTIONS that are HELPING you and reinforce them!
Identify the ACTIONS that a HURTING you and replace them with BETTER ones.

When conscious DECISIONS become ingrained in our behavior they become HABITS good or bad … serving us or not serving us!
Remove HABITS or unconscious DECISIONS that fall into the RED ZONE and replace them with HABITS or unconscious DECISIONS that fall into the BLUE ZONE!
DECIDE FIRST WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU! Make changing your priority. Make it a 10 on the scale of 1-10. Be determined to build your new comfort zone! Spend the 3-6 weeks necessary being UNCOMFORTABLE giving yourself a change to build a new COMFORT ZONE … a CONFORT ZONE that serves you!
