Evening aerobics after your last meal can assist you to reach your health and wellness goals.

pm aerobics … are done after your last meal as soon as it is comfortable and not too late that it interferes with sleeping.  Your last meal should be eaten 3-4 hours before bedtime.  Perform aerobics in the aerobic zone with heart rate at 70% – 80% heart rat max for between 20 – 60 minutes.

This is to burn off excess calories that might otherwise sit in your system and then stored during low activity times.   Keeping your system out of storage mode helps keep metabolism going faster.
