BUT DURING THE IMPLIMENTATION OF YOUR PLAN, THE PART OF OUR BRAIN THAT IS MOST INFLUENCIAL IS THE FEELING PART OR EMOTIONALLY BASED PART (the Yellow Part). YOUR FEELINGS CAN SABOTAGE THE BEST OF INTENTIONS!!!
I AM THE FIRST TO ADMIT THAT the best laid plans can falter with emotions and feeling … but NO PLAN AT ALL leaves your decisions based mostly on your EMOTIONS and FEELINGS and we all know …
This can be disastrous!
You must MAKE DECISIONS with the Red Part of your Brain AND have a DEFINITE DAILY PLAN TO EXECUTE by the Red Part of your Brain! DO NOT BEGIN YOUR DAY NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO EAT THROUGHOUT THE DAY or YOUR FEELINGS the Yellow Part will override your plan!
You can begin with a clear path … with A CLEAR LOGICAL VISION

- Eating Crappy food isn’t a REWARD! It’s a PUNISHMENT!
- Is this DECISION Helping or Hurting the future Me!
Then life begins to happen …
