You start using a Band strong enough to assist you to do 10 repetitions and as you get stronger, use smaller bands until you no longer need band support.

Road ID
I don’t leave home without my Road ID! Accidents can happen anytime, not just when I’m on my bike. I’m confident that, in the event of an accident or situation where I was disoriented, incoherent or unconscious, first responders and doctors could identify me, contact my family and access pertinent medical information to best treat me.
